As of August 1st 2007 and updated July First 2010, Throughout the Entire State of Minnesota, you must be at least 18 years of age with proof of age (eg ID, Drivers Liscence or State I.D. or Photo I.D.
If you are under 18 you must have one of Your parents or Legal guardian (with Legal Paperwork proving they are your Legal Guardian) Present with you with their photo I.D. and your own with Your name to prove your you. If you don't have photo I.D. (you being the minor) your parent must bring along your birth certificate. If you need further clarification on what you need, please call the shop and ask.
DON'T COME ALL THE WAY HERE WITHOUT PROPER PAPERWORK.
Physical maturity also plays a large role in the success of a piercing.
